Founder
Attorney Ivelin Nakov combines his academic training in international, European, and maritime law with active professional practice in Bulgaria and abroad.
Member of the Sofia Bar Association and arbitrator at the Arbitration Court for Commercial Disputes in Burgas.
He has extensive practical experience in the field of Bulgarian substantive and procedural law, including providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and resolving complex legal and commercial disputes.
He completed a master’s program in international and European law (Master I) at Toulouse I Capitole University, France, as well as a master’s program in the law of maritime spaces and maritime activities (Master II) at the Université de Bretagne Occidentale, Brest, France.
He completed his training at the Cambridge Academy of English in the United Kingdom.
His professional background combines in-depth knowledge of Bulgarian law and civil and commercial procedure with expertise in the fields of international, European, and maritime law.
